Submission Guidelines

To ensure a smooth peer-review process, please adhere to the following standards before submitting your manuscript:

1. Manuscript Types

  • Original Research Articles: Full reports of data from original research.

  • Review Articles: Comprehensive summaries of specific research areas.

  • Short Communications: Brief reports of preliminary findings or technical notes.

  • Book Reviews: Critical evaluations of recently published academic books.

2. Formatting Requirements

  • Language: All submissions must be in clear, concise English.

  • File Format: Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) is preferred.

  • Anonymization: As WUJSC utilizes a double-blind peer-review process, ensure that the main manuscript file contains no author names, affiliations, or identifying information.

  • Abstract: A structured abstract of 200–250 words is required for all research papers.

  • Keywords: Include 4–6 keywords for indexing purposes.

3. Ethical Standards

  • Originality: Manuscripts must be original and not currently under consideration by any other journal.

  • Plagiarism: All submissions are screened for originality. WUJSC maintains a zero-tolerance policy for plagiarism.

  • Consent: Research involving human or animal subjects must include evidence of ethical approval and informed consent.

4. Open Access & Fees

  • Upon acceptance, all articles are published under an Open Access license, allowing for immediate and permanent free access worldwide.

  • Note: Please consult the editorial office via email regarding current Article Processing Charges (APCs), if applicable.

🔄 The Peer-Review Process

  1. Initial Screening: The Editor-in-Chief reviews the submission for scope and basic quality.

  2. Double-Blind Review: Two independent experts evaluate the technical merit of the work.

  3. Editorial Decision: Authors receive a decision (Accept, Minor Revision, Major Revision, or Reject) typically within [X] weeks.

  4. Production: Accepted papers are professionally typeset and assigned a DOI.
